The Family Practice Counseling Service Network

  • FT/PT
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm Flexibility needed to meet patient needs

  • Call Schedule: No Call
  • Compensation: $249,600 - $345,280

  • Additional Info: For more than 30 years, the Family Practice and Counseling Services Network (FPCSN) has provided accessible, nurse-managed, and community-based care across Philadelphia. Through six sites, including primary, behavioral health, dental, and social services, FPCSN serves 12,000+ individuals of all ages with the belief that "quality health care is a right, not a privilege." As it transitions into a stand-alone Community Health Center, FPCSN is focused on growth, collaboration, and accountability-empowering dedicated professionals to shape the future of community health.
