LOCUM Psychiatrist 133631: Southwest, North Carolina
Job Summary
  • Position: Psychiatry
  • Duration: 91 days
  • Start Date: 09/01/2025
  • End Date: 12/01/2025
  • Care Setting: Inpatient, Behavioral Health Unit
  • Facility Overview: 14-bed unit with a focus on psychiatric care
  • Average 2-3 patient encounters per shift
  • Procedures: Involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application
  • Patient Care Areas: Acute psychiatric unit, long-term psychiatric facility, sub-acute unit

Key Requirements
  • Licensure: Active license required
  • Board Certification: Not required, Board Eligible accepted
  • Certifications: BLS required
  • Experience: Preferred skills in various psychiatric disorders and treatment techniques
  • Credentialing Timeline: ASAP
