Bon Secours is hiring an OB/GYN Physician for Bon Secours Richmond OB/GYN at St. Mary s Hospital. Join a large group of physicians at Bon Secours' flagship hospital and tertiary referral center for obstetric care.
St. Mary s Hospital offers on-site OB Hospitalist coverage at night and on weekends, in addition to 24/7 in-hospital support from the practice's skilled midwife team. Call obligations are back-up call from home. The practice is located on the beautiful St. Mary s Hospital campus, conveniently located near Willow Lawn shopping and dining.
Job Details
- Office Schedule: Monday Friday, with the last patient scheduled between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- Blocked time for lunch and OR time
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and inpatient
- Call Schedule: 1:6, back-up call from home; CNM team and OB Hospitalists take primary call
- Half day of administrative time per week
- Hospital: St. Mary s Hospital
- Average Patients Per Day:
- Patient Age Range: 14+
- Practice Support: Ultrasound and phlebotomy on site, dedicated weekly OR time
- Special Skills/Training: General OB/GYN and high-risk OB; ability to perform circumcisions and operative deliveries as indicated
- Must be able to work collaboratively with midwives

- Expected total cash compensation ranges from approximately $280,000 to $585,000 annually based on productivity
