Located in the heart of Hendersonville, this highly productive, out-of-network, geriatric-focused practice is known for delivering exceptional patient care and a premium patient experience. The office combines a respected community presence with modern technology, advanced clinical services, and a collaborative team culture.
The practice features:
- 6 operatories with a full office remodel completed just 3 years ago
- Updated chairs, equipment, and technology throughout the office
- Sedation services and advanced treatment capabilities
- Monthly visits from an anesthesiologist for additional sedation support
- 2 hygienists and 4 assistants, with plans for continued growth
- 85th percentile fee schedule
- 100% cash-pay and 100% collections model

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $1,000/day guaranteed compensation
- 30%+ of production on a sliding scale
- Benefits available after 90 days
- $5,000 annual stipend to use as desired
- Stipend increases with tenure
