Assignment Details
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• End Date: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; weekdays and weekends available
• Patient Volume: Approximately 36-48 patients per shift
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 120 days
Clinical Details
• Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric urgent care patients
• Perform minor procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, and incision & drainage
• Interpret X-rays and EKGs
• Work independently with MA, scribe, and radiology support
• No admissions, hospital privileges, or call responsibilities
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Residency trained through ABMS or AOA-approved program
• Active Missouri license or IMLC
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• Comfortable treating both adults and pediatrics
• Experience with minor procedures, X-ray and EKG interpretation
• Proof of at least 50 patient encounters within the past 12 months
• Must provide provider skills self-assessment, monthly availability, interview availability, and active license copy with submission
