Base Salary: Starting at $250K for newly graduated residents; higher compensation available based on experience and value-based care background

Job Description

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its team in Mobile, Alabama.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a manageable patient panel, predictable weekday schedule, and a care model focused on quality rather than high-volume visits.
Physicians maintain small patient panels of up to approximately 500 patients and see around 13 patients on a busy day, allowing more time to focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation

Starting base salary of $250K for newly graduated residents
Higher base compensation available for experienced physicians
Additional consideration for physicians with value-based care experience
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Annual incentive bonus based on quality metrics of up to 28% of base salary
Physicians have a strong opportunity to earn their annual quality incentive bonus

Schedule & Patient Volume

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Patient panel of up to approximately 500 patients
Approximately 13 patients on a busy day
Quality-focused, lower-volume practice model

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct routine physical examinations and health assessments
Develop individualized treatment and care plans
Provide preventive care and patient education
Monitor patient outcomes and quality measures
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Support a quality-driven and value-based approach to patient care
