Position: Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)

Compensation & Benefits:
$240,000 annual base salary
$50,000 signing bonus
$2,000 CME Allowance (with rollover option up to $2,000 annually)
Premium Pay for hours beyond 40 per week
7 weeks time off
W-2 position with full benefits
Malpractice coverage provided
Practice Highlights:
No call, no weekends, no holidays
Flexible rotating shifts with 8-hour, 12-hour, and 16-hour options

Diverse case mix including general, ortho, neuro, ENT, healthy peds, EP, OB, EP studies, thoracic, and endo
