Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

We're currently seeking PM&R locum coverage in Fort Collins.

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado

Start Date: Approx. November 21 (if credentialing starts by end of July)

Schedule:

• Workdays: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

• Occasional weekend call (every 4th 7th weekend, flexible)

• Day shift: 7 AM 5 PM

• Night call: 5 PM 7 AM (low census, minimal callbacks)

Caseload:

• 100% adult inpatient

• CNS Rehab: 50%

• Sports/Ortho Rehab: 33%

• Medical Rehab: 17%

• Avg. 14 patients/day

Team:

• 7 PM&R physicians in group

• No other PM&Rs during locum coverage

• No supervision required

Facility:

• 14 exam rooms

• Onsite X-ray

• Epic EMR system

Hospital:

• 300 beds total

• Trauma Level III

• Transfers from hospitals 13 and 28 miles away

Required Procedures: Inpatient rehab (Sub-acute facility)
