- New patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Treatment planning and ongoing management
- Chemotherapy oversight
- EMR: Epic Beacon
- Long-term coverage anticipated while the organization recruits a permanent physician
Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Active Illinois medical license
- Active DEA and applicable controlled substance registration
- Must complete name clearance prior to presentation
