Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading health system in northwest Houston in recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Nocturnist to join its growing team at a 358-bed regional hospital in the Willowbrook area. This position is primarily based at the Willowbrook campus and focuses on overnight, in-house coverage supporting Labor & Delivery and Obstetrics services.

Responsibilities
- Provide overnight, in-house OB/GYN coverage
- Manage laboring patients, obstetric emergencies, and unassigned patients
- Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as indicated
- Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, neonatology, and daytime OB/GYN teams
- Supervise and support OB/GYN residents during overnight shifts, as applicable
- Participate in obstetric quality and safety initiatives
- Weekend and holiday coverage included per nocturnist schedule
Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage high-acuity obstetric patients independently
- Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset
- Prior nocturnist or hospital-based OB/GYN experience preferred
- Interest in resident education preferred
