An exciting leadership opportunity is available for a Radiation Oncologist seeking to build and shape a brand-new oncology program from the ground up. This position offers the rare chance to lead the development of a modern Radiation Oncology service line supported by a $14 million investment in a new cancer center scheduled to open in 2027. Physicians will join a highly collaborative multidisciplinary oncology team with strong support from Medical Oncology, Breast Surgery, Tumor Boards, and experienced oncology staff. The incoming physician will play a key role in program development, clinical strategy, and service expansion while benefiting from substantial referral volume and strong community backing. Flexible scheduling options during the ramp-up period provide a unique balance of onsite and remote work as the program grows.
