• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Weeknight and Weekend On-Call (Pager) required
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Credentialing: Estimated privileging timeframe: 60 days;
• Duration: 13 weeks, ongoing; Target Start Date: August 31, 2025

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification
• Licensure: M.D. or D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine; Currently licensed as a Physician
