Facility is seeking BC/BE Nephrologist to join group practice- Our stable, supportive 4-physician group is seeking a new partner-track nephrologist to support continued growth- Immediate patient base with good referral sources.- Full autonomy, predictable schedule & minimal driving- 7 DaVita dialysis centers, 2 hospital affiliations- 450 ESRD patients + large CKD base- Call every 6th weekend- APPs assist with clinics and inpatient rounding- Friendly work environment with strong APP support- Partnership track in 2 years with excellent earning potential- Generous salary/benefits (4 weeks PTO, 401k match, CME, malpractice, relocation assistance)- FL license required- H VISA OK
