Seeking BE/BC PM&R Physician to join physician-owned physiatry practice in western SC. The group focuses of providing compassionate care and support to both short-term and long-term residents of local skilled nursing facilities. This is a rare opportunity for a physiatrist who wants the best parts of practice ownership autonomy, high earning potential, and the ability to build a market without carrying the administrative burden of running the backend. You will practice in skilled nursing and post-acute settings with a clear runway for growth, supported by an experienced physician team and strong centralized operations (billing/collections, software, documentation workflows). The role is structured to scale especially through physician extender (NP/PA) utilization as volume expands. New grads welcome No call, no scheduled overtime, no weekends Compensation & Benefits: 1099 Base of $325K plus uncapped earning potential - total of $425-500K possible Premium compensation percentages (designed to exceed typical PM&R arrangements) Relocation and bonus opportunity for experienced candidates Services Offered: Facility rounds two or more times a week for initial evaluation as well as follow-ups of residents receiving therapy services.
