What You ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic care
  • Manage a diverse patient population in a hospital-affiliated outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with hospital team including obstetrics via OB triage support from residency program
  • Handle patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up
  • Participate in hospital and community health initiatives
  • Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on quality care
  • Use hospital facilities such as surgery center and robotic technology

What You Need
  • Valid Indiana Medical License or eligibility
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently in a busy hospital environment
