Practice & Cases
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiac electrophysiology care
- Perform AFib, atrial flutter, SVT, ventricular tachycardia ablations, pacemaker, and ICD procedures
- Average of approximately 15 clinic patients and 3-4 procedures per day
- Supervise advanced practice providers during coverage
Schedule
- 1-2 weeks of coverage per month
- Weekday-only coverage
- Three clinic days and two procedure or hospital days each week
- No call responsibilities
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Active Minnesota medical license or Interstate Medical License eligibility
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
Logistics
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided
- Minnesota licensing costs are reimbursed when applicable
