Assignment Details- Start/end: ASAP, ongoing
- Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours + call; beeper call, 15-min response, 100% callback
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient and outpatient
- Volume: 5-7 patients/shift; 6 or fewer admissions; 12 beds
- Setting: Level 4 trauma, admissions required
- Support: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 office staff
- EMR: Athena/Medhost
- Credentialing: 5-7 days
Clinical Details- Required scope: Arthroscopy, total joint replacement (hip, knee, other), joint revision/repair (shoulder, hip, knee, other)
- Preferred scope: Hand, tendon release/repair, peripheral nerve surgery, spinal surgery with and without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), percutaneous disc surgery
- Rounds on assigned and unassigned patients
Requirements- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- License: AZ or IMLC
- Active DEA
Compensation- Rate negotiable, open to your number
