Physician (MD or DO) Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM and R)
Location: Greensboro, NC
Position Type: Temporary assignment (VMS)
Schedule: Day shifts, 5 days per week, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Position Overview
This PM and R assignment includes coverage in an inpatient rehabilitation setting and an outpatient practice. The role includes rehabilitation focused care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and outpatient procedure work.
Clinical Scope and Site Details
Inpatient rehabilitation program with interdisciplinary support including therapy, nursing, social work, and neuropsychology.
Outpatient practice with established physician and APP support.
Procedures may include spine and joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, botulinum toxin injections, and migraine management.
EMR Epic.
Typical volumes include outpatient clinic visits and inpatient rounding and consults.
Required Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain).
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and spinal cord injury care.
Vaccines required.
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)
Current CV with complete work history.
Active license verification.
Board certification documentation.
Immunization documentation as required.
