Assignment Details- Start/end: Vital coverage begins October, could start earlier if privileges issue sooner; ongoing, full-time
- Schedule: 4x10s Mon-Thu 7a-5p (clinic closed 12-1 for lunch, unpaid); on call for established clinic patients 1-2 nights/week; shared weekend call pool (only a few weekends/year); beeper call, 20-min response
- Coverage type: Outpatient clinic and call (occasional inpatient weekend call)
- Volume: 11 patients/shift; 17 beds
- Setting: Outpatient and inpatient, stroke certified
- Support: 15 RNs, 5 PA/NPs, 6+ office staff
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
Clinical Details- Required scope: Hematology/oncology clinic and call coverage for established Hem/Onc patients
- Preferred scope: Lymphoma and cell therapy experience a plus
- Rounds on assigned and unassigned patients
Requirements- Board certified in Hematology/Oncology
- License: WA or IMLC
- BLS
- Active DEA
Compensation- Rate caps apply per facility
