The leadership role includes working closely with hospital administration on quality, patient flow, documentation, compliance, patient safety, scheduling collaboration, and overall departmental performance. ABEM/AOBEM physicians are considered, as well as Family Practice and Internal Medicine BC/BE physicians with at least two years of recent Emergency Medicine experience in a hospital attached ER.
