Full-time M-F, 8:00-17:00
Will consider 2-3 weeks/month
Hospital call: 1:4 weekly, Fri 07:30-Fri 07:30; daily rounding 1-2 hrs (Mon-Sun) plus weekday afternoon rounds 16:00-17:00; phone calls, rarely called in
Patient encounters per shift: 15
Call is beeper with 30 minute response time
Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies required
Call coverage includes acute leukemic and inpatient chemotherapy patients
Team: 3 MDs and 3 APPs; support from RN/MA, navigators, infusion RNs
Facility trauma level: 2; Peds level: 3
Requirements: Board certified or board eligible, Fellowship, ACLS, ATLS, BLS
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
