Hospitalist Physician

Position Details:

• Specialty: Hospital Medicine
• Location: Portsmouth, NH
• Start Date: November 13, 2026
• Duration: Approximately 3 months
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off block schedule
• Shifts: 10- and 12-hour physician shifts
• Flexibility Required: Days, nights, and weekends
• Patient Volume: patients per day
• ICU: Closed ICU
• Procedures: No procedures required
• Nocturnists: 2 dedicated nocturnists
• EMR: Meditech
• Board Certification: ABIM or Family Medicine required
• Locum Need: Approximately 1 FTE
• Additional: Opportunity to teach and mentor physicians and participate in hospital operations
• Interview: Site Director will conduct a phone interview with potential candidates
