Required Experience and Skills: - Skilled in labor & delivery. - Prefer skilled in all LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) and nursery areas. Certifications and Licenses: - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated. - Required: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program). Leadership Experience: - Charge Nurse each shift without a patient assignment. Additional Requirements: - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and must produce a negative drug screen for all panels. BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing): - Not required (BSN Required: False).
