  • Schedule: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., on-site coverage, with evening beeper call during a 7-day block (7 on, 7 off)

  • License/Certs: Ohio Medical License, Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Experience: Prior child and adolescent psychiatric experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You ll Do:
  • Provide psychiatric assessments and treatment for children and adolescents in a 10-bed unit
  • Manage on-site coverage during scheduled shifts
  • Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation, supporting continuous patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and legal standards
  • Contribute to a supportive environment fostering recovery and well-being
What You Need:
  • Valid Ohio Medical License and current Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
  • Flexibility to handle call responsibilities as assigned
