Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You ll Do:
- Provide psychiatric assessments and treatment for children and adolescents in a 10-bed unit
- Manage on-site coverage during scheduled shifts
- Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation, supporting continuous patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and legal standards
- Contribute to a supportive environment fostering recovery and well-being
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio Medical License and current Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Flexibility to handle call responsibilities as assigned
