Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting August 10-October 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Storm Lake, IA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
