Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Join a modern, recently renovated dental clinic serving the Sun Valley region
- Four-day work week, Monday-Thursday, with Fridays off
- Ten-hour days with approximately eight hours of patient care
- See an average of 8-14 patients per day
- Practice alongside two experienced Dental Assistants with strong team support
- Three operatories, six exam rooms, and an on-site pharmacy
- Enjoy significant clinical autonomy with flexibility in treatment planning, labs, and materials
- Collaborate with medical providers, behavioral health specialists, pharmacy, and care teams
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Supported by an established FQHC network with 15 clinics throughout Southern Idaho
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $152,000+ for new graduates
- Experienced providers can earn $200,000+ base salary
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- $10,000 relocation assistance
