Practice Setting: Clinic & OR
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday
Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Commitment: 1 year or longer preferred
Call: No call coverage
Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP, 1 Office Staff
Supervision: APP supervision required
EMR: Not specified
Travel: Facility lodging available if available; nearest airport is CMX Hancock, MI.

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Michigan License required or IMLC
- MI CDS required
- MI DEA required
- Successful completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited Urology residency/fellowship or qualifying foreign training
- At least 50 urological procedures within the past 12 months reflecting requested privileges, or completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency/clinical fellowship within the past 12 months.
