Primary care openings 30 minutes from Boston, MA

• Full-time clinicians are scheduled for eight clinical sessions and two administrative sessions each week. Administrative sessions can be completed remotely.
• Call responsibilities are light and can be taken by phone only.
• Flexible scheduling available. Must be comfortable with working 1 evening shift every 2 weeks (until 7pm).
• Physicians are expected to see 2.25-2.5 patients per hour or (11) per session. 20-22 patients a day.
• Weekly staff meetings for training and team updates.
• No obstetric or inpatient requirements.
• Salary/Benefits:
• Compensation is based on years of experience and competitive with community health centers.
• Qualifies for loan repayment (HPSA score of 14); National Health Scholars welcome. NHSC offers $50k of loan repayment after working for group for 2 years as well.

Salary rates are below:

• 0-1.9 years of experience: $190k base salary with $10k bonus a year.
• 2-5.9 years of experience: $200k base salary with $10k bonus a year.
• 6+ years of experience: $210k base salary with $10k bonus a year.
