- Duration: 912 months with the potential for extension.
- Schedule:
- Clinic Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
- OR Hours: 7:30 AM3:30 PM
- Call Coverage: 24-hour call on a rotating schedule (M/T, W/Th, F/S/S) with a 1:4 ratio.
- Location: Multiple sites in the area may require coverage flexibility.
Responsibilities - Perform inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic visits, emergency department consults, and ambulatory care consults.
- Conduct general urology surgeries and office procedures, including:
- TURP, TURBT, hydrocelectomy, spermatocelectomy, circumcision, vasectomy, and cystoscopy.
- Handle endoscopic techniques and ureteroscopy.
- Collaborate with internal urologists who handle more advanced cases.
Requirements - Licensure: Must hold a Georgia medical license or qualify for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
- Board Certification: Required (board-eligible candidates also considered).
- Comfortable managing a patient load of approximately 21 patients per shift.
Practice Highlights - Work within a supportive team, including RNs, MAs, and administrative staff.
