- 100% outpatient Internal Medicine No weekends Minimal call (2x/month) for exceptional work-life balance

- Practice across main clinic and satellite locations with opportunity to serve as the lead physician on-site (with NP/PA support)
- Strong, built-in referral network (35+ PCPs) to keep you as busy as you want

- Partnership in 3 years with minimal buy-in, rare physician-owned model with long-term upside

Compensation & Benefits
- 2-year guaranteed salary + productivity incentives for stability and earning potential
