Compensation/benefits:

• Base Salary
• Family Medicine: $278,315
• Internal Medicine: $331,906
• WRVU Incentive Plan bonus available
• Relocation bonus available

Contract & Employment Structure

• 3 year agreement
• Employed under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA)
• Physician Friendly model with malpractice, insurance, and full benefits included

Clinical Expectations

• Outpatient practice
• Mix of scheduled visits and walk ins
• 40 hours/week, Monday Friday schedule
