Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: Salary ranges from $515,000 to $800,000 annually, plus wRVU bonus and incentives

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse patient referral base with minimal competition
- Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in the outpatient clinic
- Perform surgeries across multiple locations including Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
- Utilize advanced surgical technology, including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
- Collaborate with onsite audiology, allergy, neurology, and other specialties
- Participate in inpatient management with a care team and advanced practice providers (APPs)
- Take backup call only, with primary calls covered by APPs
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and trainees (optional)
- Contribute to a collegial, physician-focused culture emphasizing work-life balance and wellness
What You Need
- Current Ohio medical license or eligible for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Prior surgical and outpatient ENT experience preferred, but all qualified candidates encouraged to apply
