Nurse Practitioner General Medical Examiner Victoria, TX
We are looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner for a part-time/per diem General Medical Examiner opportunity in Victoria, TX.
- Schedule: 3 days per week
- Volume: Approximately Veterans per month
- Openings: 2 examiners
- Location requirement: Must live within 25 miles of Victoria, TX
The Nurse Practitioner will conduct General Medical Compensation & Pension examinations, review medical records, complete DBQs, and submit accurate, objective reports. This is an evaluation-only role with no treatment, prescribing, call coverage, or ongoing patient management.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner license
- Primary care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to review medical records and complete DBQs accurately
