JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC
  • Licenses: AK or IMLC
  • DEA: Yes
  • Certifications: BLS
  • Experience: Minimum board certification; experience with adolescent and adult psychiatry required.
  • Other Qualifications: Epic proficiency, ability to work in multiple settings (inpatient, consults, crisis stabilization).
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric care in inpatient mental health units (adult or adolescent).
  • Conduct consultations for hospital-based liaison work supporting Children's Hospital and PAMC medical floors.
  • Participate in community behavioral health programs and psychiatric emergency services.
  • Manage overnight call schedule with low volume, providing beeper call coverage.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure daily coverage in a 7on/7off schedule, including crisis stabilization center (future).
