JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Eligible required
  • Licenses: Licensed in NM, New Mexico Controlled Substance License
  • DEA: Required
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide General Surgery and Trauma call coverage for ER and inpatient consultations.
  • Manage inpatient surgical patients including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care.
  • Perform emergency surgical procedures as needed for trauma and acute conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a Level III trauma center.
  • Document patient encounters and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
