Overview:
Our practice in Brooklyn is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care through both in-office and telehealth visits. Fluent Spanish speakers are preferred to support our patient population.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Competitive compensation: $160,000 $180,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine wellness and sick visits
- Manage chronic conditions and ongoing treatment plans
- Provide medication management and clinical assessments
- Deliver care through in-office and telehealth encounters
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support coordinated care
- Educate patients on preventive health and treatment adherence
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in New York
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Experience in primary or outpatient care settings preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
