Nephrology Physician Assistant

• Full-time opportunity for an experienced Nephrology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Provide a combination of outpatient nephrology care and inpatient hospital coverage
• Manage patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and other renal conditions
• Provide hospital consultations, rounding, and dialysis management
• Work collaboratively with nephrologists, physicians, nurses, dialysis teams, and other healthcare professionals
