What You ll Do
- Provide neonatal patient care in a Level III NICU environment
- Manage respiratory support, including ventilators and iNO therapy
- Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, and central line insertion
- Stabilize and prepare infants for transport to higher-level care if needed
- Support infants with conditions like RDS, pulmonary hypertension, sepsis, and NAS
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document care efficiently using Cerner EHR system
What You Need
- Active state license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Neonatology certification or eligibility (board eligible acceptable)
- Current BLS and NRP certification
- Experience with NICU procedures and ventilator management
- Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and adaptability
