Monday-Friday 7A-3P
Monday-Friday 3P-7A beeper call
Saturday/Sunday 24 hour beeper call
No backup pager on weekdays or weekends
Providers will have privileges at both the main Hospital & ASC and must be willing to float to both sites

CRNA support for in house pager on weekdays & weekends
Annual patient volume: 5000
Average number of cases per day: 29
Number of Anesthetizing rooms: 8
Supervision model
Epic EMR
Certifications:ABA/AOBA, BC, MO license
90 day credentialing
Required skills: Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks
