Compensation and Benefits - $300K base with productivity bonus, earning potential $450K
- Negotiable sign-on bonus + $10,000 in relocation assistance

What We're Looking For - Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Pain Medicine fellowship-trained
- Tennessee medical license - or willing to obtain
