Ongoing Anesthesiology locums assignment at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center.
Compensation - Approx. $21,250/week before call
- $425/hr regular
- $525/hr overtime/callback
- $650 night call
- $2,-hour call, includes 4 gratis hours
- Travel reimbursed within client guidelines
Schedule - Monday-Friday
- 6:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Night call approximately every 3-4 days
- Weekend call required
- Weekend coverage includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd call
- First call reportedly called in approximately 75% of the time
Required Availability Physicians must be available for ALL three 2026 coverage weeks:
- November 23
- December 21
- December 28
Physicians must also be able to provide at least 2 weeks/month during 2027.
Practice Details - General Anesthesia
- OB including TOLAC
- Healthy Peds, primarily tonsils/adenoids
- Conscious Sedation
- Some supervision
- No hearts
- No neurosurgery
- 13 ORs
- Approximately 30-50 departmental cases/day
- 6 Physicians
- 2 CRNAs
- Epic EMR
Requirements - Board Certified Anesthesiology BE not accepted
- Active IA license or IMLC with LOQ
- ACLS
- COVID vaccination
- Call participation required
- Clean malpractice/background
- No settled or pending malpractice cases
