Position Highlights

Schedule
- Full-time weekday schedule, approximately 4.5-5 days per week
- Typical clinic hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Expected volume of approximately 25-45 patients per day with ramp-up support
- Shared practice call rotation with triaged service to minimize after-hours burden
Compensation & Benefits
- $350,000 base salary plus productivity incentives
- Tiered collections model with potential up to approximately 35% for high producers
- Established cornea physicians earning approximately $500,000 with continued collections growth
- 20 PTO days plus 5 CME days, increasing to 30 total days at partnership

Candidate Requirements
- Cornea fellowship-trained ophthalmologist
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
- Open to new fellowship graduates and experienced physicians
- Comfortable managing corneal pathology and dry eye disease
- Vietnamese or Spanish fluency preferred
