- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC, full-time for 6 months with the potential to extend. The schedule consists of 8s, 10s, 12s. no call, no weekends.
- Case Mix: Main OR, Women's, and Ortho. No blocks required
- # of OR's: 34
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction model
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Active TN License: Required
