- Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call
- Dates of Need: we need 1 week a month of coverage at least (looking at 2 providers to help with gap coverage)

- Provider Min # Shifts Required: 7 shifts a month
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
- Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 hours per day
- Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.

Providers will be contacted by the lead physician by phone for a screening, they will then be scheduled for a teams interview with the other team members for review. Please provide their availability in the next two weeks to go through this interview process.
