About The Role: Anesthesiologist - Outpatient Endoscopy Centers located in Middletown & New Windsor, NY
- Multispecialty organization that employees over 90 providers across 13 specialities.
- Group has 6 gastro's on team right now.
- Full-time position - Anesthesiologist
- Exclusively outpatient endoscopy (OBS) setting. Gastroenterology procedures.
- Provide MAC/sedation anesthesia for routine colonoscopies and upper endoscopies
- Low-acuity patient population (ASA I-II) only
- No inpatient responsibilities
- No overnight call
- Standard outpatient schedule with excellent work-life balance
- Assigned to a single location each workday with no travel between sites during shifts
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists, nursing staff, and the endoscopy team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
- Preferred experience with MAC/sedation anesthesia in an endoscopy or ambulatory surgery setting
Qualifications: - MD or DO
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active or eligible for unrestricted New York medical license
- DEA Registration
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- Experience with outpatient endoscopy or ambulatory anesthesia preferred
