We are seeking seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with microsurgery training to build an advanced microvascular reconstruction and head and neck oncology program alongside an established, full-scope OMFS partner in the Florida Panhandle's only Level II Trauma Center, with the surgical infrastructure and referral volume to support a high-complexity practice from day one.

The Opportunity
  • Elevate Your Practice: Join an established, full-time OMFS with a well-developed, broad-scope trauma practice and a large referral base across the Florida Panhandle. You are not starting alone. You are building on a foundation that is already in place.
  • Lead Microvascular and Head & Neck Oncology: Primary role is developing an advanced reconstruction practice focused on free tissue transfer and microvascular surgery, with head and neck oncology as the clinical anchor. Additional growth opportunity in Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS), peripheral and orthopedic flap reconstruction, and sleep medicine based on your interests.
  • Operate at the Region's Surgical Hub: 28 state-of-the-art operating rooms and 4 interventional suites at the Florida Panhandle's only Level II Trauma Center the destination for complex surgical care across a 21-county service area spanning North Florida, South Georgia, and South Alabama.

What You'll Bring
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with fellowship or advanced training in microvascular surgery and free tissue transfer
  • Head and neck oncology experience or clinical focus
  • Eligible for Florida medical and dental licensure
  • Comfort with a program-build role the vision and confidence to develop something new within a system that is investing to support it
  • Interest in TORS, peripheral/orthopedic flap reconstruction, and/or sleep medicine a plus
