Looking for coverage 10-14 days per month including weekend call
Weekday call coverage is 2 nights per week typically plus the weekend (Friday 7am through Monday 7am)
Clinic one day per week
Daily hours 7am-5pm
Weekday night call 5pm-7am
We are looking for someone who can start as early as the first week of October
Reminder that our coverage cannot end in the middle of the weekend. It would be either Friday at 7am or Monday at 7am typically.
Procedures:
Minimal Invasive Mitral preferred
Impella55 - Inplant/Support Required
Aortic valve conservation procedure - Required
Aortic Root & Remodeling + Enlargement - Required

This is a Full-Time Provider need with Monday-Friday + Weekend Call Coverage
Our preference is for one provider to cover the entire assignment. However, we will consider providers with ongoing/long-term availability with a minimum of two weeks per month.
