• Primary Care Physician
• Schedule: 2-3 days a week
• Patient Volume: 20-23 PPD
• EMR: Athena Health
• Looking ASAP
• Board Certified in FM or IM
• Compensation: $113k base
• Bilingual in Haitian Creole - BIG PLUS!
