Anesthesiology Opportunity in Lake Charles, LALocated 1 hour from Beaumont TX and 2 hours from Baton Rouge, LAPosition Details:
- Full-time, hospital-employed position
- Level III Trauma designation
- Diverse surgical case mix including:
- OBGYN, Orthopedics, Urologic, Pediatrics, Plastics - ENT, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, and Trauma- Cases performed at:
- 350-bed main campus hospital with 16 ORs, 4-room endoscopy suite, and 1-room pulmonology suite - Multidisciplinary Women and Children s Hospital with 6 ORs- Team model: 26 CRNAs in a supervisor model
Schedule and Call Structure:- 4-week rotating schedule:
- Week 1: 5 days, 10-hour shifts - Week 2: 7 days of call - Week 3: Post-call/off week - Week 4: 5 days, 10-hour shifts- Optional internal locums available during off weeks
- 4 weeks of PTO (in addition to post-call week)
- 1 week of CME
- 8 paid holidays
Compensation & Benefits:- Base Salary: $700,000
- Signing Bonus: $100,000
- wRVU-based productivity bonus
