What You ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Manage critically ill and premature neonates, including support for regional neonatal referral services
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
  • Engage in professional development and mentorship programs, especially for new graduates
  • Maintain accurate documentation compliant with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative neonatal care environment
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification (preferably Neonatal NP)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred:
  • Neonatal intensive care experience or new graduate readiness for mentorship
  • Passion for family-centered care and professional growth
