What You ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
- Collaborate with neonatologists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Manage critically ill and premature neonates, including support for regional neonatal referral services
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
- Engage in professional development and mentorship programs, especially for new graduates
- Maintain accurate documentation compliant with hospital and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative neonatal care environment
What You Need
Required: - Valid RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification (preferably Neonatal NP)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred: - Neonatal intensive care experience or new graduate readiness for mentorship
